Uplift and disposal of your existing flooring is not part of that price. If your floor needs additional preparation, or you would like the old flooring removed, we will confirm that separately before the work is booked.

Uplift and disposal can be added for £4.00/m². It is a separate service, not part of the fitted price, and we will confirm it with you before the work is booked.

A great finish starts below the floor.
Damp, uneven screeds, damaged boards, adhesive and door clearances cannot always be priced before inspection. If preparation is needed, we explain the work and cost before it proceeds.
