Our fitting guarantee
Coveredd provides a five year guarantee on our fitting workmanship.
If you believe there is a problem caused by the installation, contact us and we will assess it.
What the fitting guarantee covers
The guarantee relates to the workmanship involved in installing your flooring.
Product manufacturing faults and product warranties are dealt with separately because these are provided by the manufacturer.
If something does not look right
Contact us as soon as possible.
Send us a description and photographs if you can. We may then arrange to inspect the floor so we can understand what has happened.
Things that are different from fitting faults
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, excessive moisture, movement in the building, work carried out by somebody else and product manufacturing faults are not the same as a fitting workmanship problem.
Where the issue falls outside our fitting guarantee, we will still try to help you understand the next step.
Product warranties
Manufacturer warranties vary by flooring range.
If a genuine product fault is suspected, we can help identify the product and the relevant manufacturer process.
