Furniture
One sofa is different from a fully furnished room.
A normal amount of furniture—such as one bed or sofa and several lightweight movable items—can usually be handled within standard fitting labour.
A heavily furnished room may need two fitters and additional labour. Declare it before booking so the estimate and fitting plan are realistic.

Preparation
A great finish starts below the floor.
Damp, uneven screeds, damaged boards, adhesive and door clearances cannot always be priced before inspection. If preparation is needed, we explain the work and cost before it proceeds.

Payment
