A budget friendly felt backed loop carpet designed for rentals, HMOs and quick replacements where value and turnaround matter.
Gobi is a practical landlord focused carpet for rental properties, HMOs and rooms where replacement cost needs to stay sensible. The felt backing means it can be fitted without separate underlay on suitable subfloors.
That simpler specification helps keep both cost and turnaround under control, making Gobi particularly useful between tenancies when the priority is getting the property presentable and ready again quickly.

Once your measure is booked we'll confirm the quantities, agree the final price and arrange a fitting date that works around you. Typically fitted 2 to 3 days after your order is confirmed. We'll always confirm access, uplift and any furniture-moving requirements before the team arrives.
On the day, we protect surrounding areas, prepare the subfloor as agreed, fit your new flooring and tidy up before we leave. Every fitting is backed by our 5 year fitting guarantee.
Need the existing flooring removed?
Uplift and disposal can be added for £4.00/m². It is a separate service, not part of the FULLY FITTED price, and we will confirm it with you before the work is booked.
Because flooring is cut and fitted to your specific room, fitted orders can't be returned once fitting has taken place. If something isn't right, tell us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
Your installation workmanship is covered by our 5 year fitting guarantee. Product manufacturing faults remain subject to the relevant manufacturer warranty, and we will help you identify the product and the right process.
