Urban 55 Neo is a durable glue down LVT collection for demanding homes and commercial interiors. The 0.55mm wear layer and heavy commercial classification make it suitable for areas where appearance and resilience both matter.
An ultra matt surface and four way micro bevel give the finished floor a more convincing look, while the collection remains water resistant, low VOC and straightforward to maintain.

On the day, we protect surrounding areas, prepare the subfloor as agreed, fit your new flooring and tidy up before we leave. Every fitting is backed by our 5 year fitting guarantee.
Need the existing flooring removed?
Uplift and disposal can be added for £4.00/m². It is a separate service, not part of the FULLY FITTED price, and we will confirm it with you before the work is booked.
Because flooring is cut and fitted to your specific room, fitted orders can't be returned once fitting has taken place. If something isn't right, tell us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
Your installation workmanship is covered by our 5 year fitting guarantee. Product manufacturing faults remain subject to the relevant manufacturer warranty, and we will help you identify the product and the right process.
